These Terms apply to all users of the WealthIntel platform, including student-athletes, educational institutions, and any other parties who access or use our services.
WealthIntel provides financial management services specifically designed for student-athletes managing Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) earnings, including:

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
Important: WealthIntel provides financial management tools and tax assistance. We are not a licensed tax preparation service or financial advisory firm. Always consult with qualified professionals for complex financial matters.
Our tax-related features are designed to assist with organization and preparation of tax documents. Final tax filings should be reviewed by qualified tax professionals. We do not guarantee tax outcomes or compliance with all applicable regulations.
Student-athletes are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with NCAA regulations, conference rules, and institutional policies regarding NIL activities.
WealthIntel may charge fees for certain premium features and services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you are charged. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
WealthIntel and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services.
You retain ownership of any data or content you provide to us, but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide our services.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and sharing of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal and financial information, but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
WealthIntel ("Veloro") may send you SMS messages for account verification and security purposes, including one-time passcodes (OTP) to verify your identity during login and account actions.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. SMS messages are sent only when you initiate a verification request (e.g., login, phone number confirmation). You will not receive marketing or promotional messages via SMS.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. Note that opting out of SMS may limit your ability to use certain security features of the platform.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. WealthIntel is not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or incorrect phone numbers.
Privacy: Your phone number and SMS data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service Availability: We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to technical issues.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthIntel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Either party may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our platform or via email. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the jurisdiction where WealthIntel is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
